The title of this painting is from a Sarah Raven collection of tulips, after the same name, which I planted specifically for painting. The varieties are Jan Reus, Black Hero and Comet, with it’s amazingly high scent. Although orange is an unusual colour for me to use, I enjoyed painting them so much and got really excited about including the splash of vivid turquoise which complimented the orange wonderfully. This is a high quality signed limited edition giclée print from the original watercolour in an edition size of 50 The image is beautifully reproduced on Canson Arches Aquarelle 310gsm paper. 27cm x 26cm
